Welcome to the 2019 IHERF Scholarship Program

About Us:

The Iowa Hospital Education and Research Foundation (IHERF) Health Care Career Scholarship program began in 2005. The goal of this program is to fill healthcare positions that currently have a significant number of openings across the state, and to recruit students with the opportunity to obtain significant scholarships to help cover the costs of healthcare education. In exchange for financial support, each award recipient must be willing to commit to working one year in an Iowa hospital for each year of scholarship award. Placement opportunities are identified for each geographic district of the Iowa Hospital Association. We're excited to launch the application process this year and are looking forward to your submissions!
